Who we are and how we work
Speed German Pest Control is an Egyptian company that has been in this market for 30 years. The office is at 134 Ninety Street, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, and the work covers every governorate in Egypt, and the visit is same-day wherever you are. The line is open 24 hours, seven days a week, and every visit starts with an inspection before any treatment. We work on bed bugs, rodents, cockroaches, ants, ticks, mosquitoes, woodworm, fleas, and a routine prevention programme for general pests. Every programme comes with a 5-year written guarantee, and you do not need to leave the flat during treatment. The guarantee covers the pest returning from the same source; a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit is treated as a separate case.
Salaried technicians, not day labour
The technician who comes to your home is trained on that specific pest and follows a written protocol rather than his own judgement. That is what lets the second visit build on the first instead of starting over.
This is not a slogan. Every visit is recorded on a sheet carrying the pest, the date, the technician number and his signature, and that sheet is what the guarantee rests on.
What we do not do
We do not quote a price over the phone before seeing the place. Floor area and how far the infestation has spread both move the number, and anyone who gives you a figure before inspecting is guessing.
We also do not treat a whole building. We treat your unit. If your neighbours have an infestation it can come back through shared openings, and we say that before we start rather than after it happens.
One service was dropped from the company entirely: the deep-clean line of work. It was not our trade, and we were not doing it to a standard worth selling, so it is no longer offered.
The guarantee is written down
A 5-year guarantee written on the sheet the technician leaves with you. It covers the pest returning from the same source in the same unit that was treated. A fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring flat is handled as a separate case, and that is stated plainly so nobody is surprised later.
