Mosquito control starts at the water, not in the air
Mosquitoes breed in standing water, and it is usually closer than people expect: an air-conditioning drip tray, a plant saucer, a tank base. Fogging kills the adults flying at that moment and buys a few days. The first job is finding the water.

How to tell you have mosquitoes
- Mosquitoes on the balcony or near the air-conditioning unit in the evening.
- Bites concentrated at dusk and just before dawn rather than through the night.
- Larvae, small wrigglers, visible in any standing water on the property.
- Activity that returns within days of a fogging treatment.
- More of them after watering plants or after the roof tank has been topped up.
Why supermarket sprays do not work
Plug-in repellents and coils affect a room for as long as they run and nothing beyond it. Fogging is worse as a standalone: it removes the adults and leaves every breeding site intact, so the population rebuilds from larvae within about a week. Anyone selling you fogging without asking about standing water is selling you a few quiet evenings.
What the technician actually does
- The technician walks the property looking for standing water: drip trays, saucers, tank bases, drains, buckets, and roof collections.
- Breeding sites are drained where they can be, and treated where they cannot.
- Resting places get treated: shaded vegetation, the underside of balcony furniture, stairwells.
- Window and balcony mesh is checked for gaps, which is often the simplest fix on the list.
- A follow-up check confirms no new site has formed, particularly after rain or heavy watering.
An hour to an hour and a half. The drop is fast once the breeding sites are gone, and slow if they are not.
The written guarantee on mosquitoes
The 5-year written guarantee covers the treated property. Sites that form later, like a new plant saucer or a blocked drain, are a fresh case, and we will show you what to watch.
What we cannot do
A neighbouring roof tank, an unmaintained pool, or a construction site holding water will keep producing mosquitoes regardless of what we do inside your boundary. We will tell you if that is what we are looking at rather than treat repeatedly against it.
How the price is set
Two things set it: the floor area, and how far the infestation has spread by the time we inspect. A flat with a single focus point is not the same job as a villa with activity on two floors, and the gap between them is wide. That is why there is no fixed figure we can give before seeing the place. We give you the number on the call or on WhatsApp after a few questions, and always before anyone comes out.
