Pest Control in Al Rehab
We work across Al Rehab with an arrival window of 15 to 30 minutes. That is not measured from the office. Technicians are spread across the areas through the day and we send the closest one.
Al Rehab or North Rehab?
Al Rehab is a Talaat Moustafa Group city inside New Cairo, and the developer describes it as laid out in ten phases. It has its own city authority and its own security staff, both named in news reports from the city. Addresses inside are written by group and building, a building number within a numbered group, and that pair is what the technician needs to find you.
North Rehab is a different place. The name means north of Al Rehab, and it is a separate New Cairo district: the New Cairo City Authority hands over its plots, and its areas are marked by letters such as K, L and M. If your address says North Rehab, say so on the call so we send the technician to the right place.
Getting to you
Fifteen to thirty minutes is the estimate in our area table for Al Rehab, and it is counted from wherever the nearest available technician is, not from our office. The table's note for Al Rehab is to leave the technician's name with gate security, so tell us which gate he should use as well; Gate 6, for example, is on the Suez desert road. North Rehab is officially part of New Cairo, so the New Cairo row applies there: fifteen to twenty-five minutes.
The visit is same-day. The window is an estimate rather than a promise: if the closest technician is already on a visit we call you with the new time before anyone sets off. If a particular hour matters to you, say so when you book.
How the treatment works
Each pest has its own method. For cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas and mosquitoes it is a single visit with a follow-up fifteen days later: a preventive spray at no extra charge. Cockroaches get targeted spraying at the nest the inspection finds. Bed bugs get spraying and fumigation in the same visit, after the mattress seams and bed joints are opened up. Ants are followed back to the entry point, and the nests are sprayed and sealed. Rodents are the one case for bait: closed stations along the runs, every gap wider than six millimetres sealed, and a check a week later. Ticks are treated where the animal sleeps and moves, while the animal itself goes to the vet.
Every visit begins with an inspection before anything is applied. The technician tells you which pest it is, where the focus points are and what the programme will be, and none of it starts until you have heard it. You do not need to leave the property while the work is done, because the treatment is targeted at the places the pest lives rather than sprayed across open rooms, though you will want to ventilate the treated rooms for thirty to forty-five minutes afterwards.
The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
What it does not cover is a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit through a shared wall or a service riser. We treat your property, not the building, and where that is a real risk in Al Rehab we will say so before starting rather than after it happens.
Booking a visit
Call or send a WhatsApp message with the area, the kind of property and what you have been seeing. The room and the time of day both matter. We send the nearest free technician the same day and give you the time on that call. The price is given on that call, after a few questions and always before anyone comes out. Floor area and how far the infestation has spread are what set it, so there is no fixed figure we can give sight unseen.
