How the treatment works

The pupal stage is armoured against treatment, which is why a second wave appears about a week later and why a follow-up visit is part of the programme.

The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
