Pest Control in Heliopolis

Which Heliopolis do you mean?
Heliopolis is Misr El-Gadidah, one of the nine districts of Cairo Governorate's East Area, and its district office is on El Hegaz Street. El Nozha, which takes in Sheraton, is a separate district of the same area, so an address there is not officially Heliopolis. New Heliopolis is somewhere else again: SODIC describes its SODIC East homes there as adjacent to Al Shorouk City. And Misr El-Gadidah is not New Cairo, which is where our office is.
Landmarks find an address here faster than the district name. Metro Line 3 stops at Haroun, Heliopolis, Al Ahram and Kolleyet El Banat, and the metro company lists Heliopolis Hospital, St Fatima Church and the Baron Palace around Heliopolis station and Korba Square near Al Ahram. The governorate names the Baron Palace as a Misr El-Gadidah landmark, and Korba appears by name in the district's own notices.
Getting to you
Thirty-five to fifty minutes is the estimate in our area table for Heliopolis, and it is counted from wherever the nearest free technician is, not from our office in New Cairo. El Nozha, Sheraton and New Heliopolis are outside Heliopolis district, so for those the time is given on the call. When you book, give the street and the nearest square or metro station, for example Korba Square or Heliopolis station.
The visit is same-day. The window is an estimate rather than a promise: if the closest technician is already on a visit we call you with the new time before anyone sets off. If a particular hour matters to you, say so when you book.
How the treatment works
Each pest has its own method. For cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas and mosquitoes it is a single visit with a follow-up fifteen days later: a preventive spray at no extra charge. Cockroaches get targeted spraying at the nest the inspection finds. Bed bugs get spraying and fumigation in the same visit, after the mattress seams and bed joints are opened up. Ants are followed back to the entry point, and the nests are sprayed and sealed. Rodents are the one case for bait: closed stations along the runs, every gap wider than six millimetres sealed, and a check a week later. Ticks are treated where the animal sleeps and moves, while the animal itself goes to the vet.
Every visit begins with an inspection before anything is applied. The technician tells you which pest it is, where the focus points are and what the programme will be, and none of it starts until you have heard it. You do not need to leave the property while the work is done, because the treatment is targeted at the places the pest lives rather than sprayed across open rooms, though you will want to ventilate the treated rooms for thirty to forty-five minutes afterwards.
The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
What it does not cover is a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit through a shared wall or a service riser. We treat your property, not the building, and where that is a real risk in Heliopolis we will say so before starting rather than after it happens.
