Pest Control in Maadi

Which Maadi do you mean?
The name covers more than one district. Maadi district is one of the twelve districts of Cairo's Southern Area, with its office on Street 77. Hadayek El Maadi appears in the official news of Dar El Salam district, New Maadi is home to the office of El Basateen district, and Zahraa El Maadi appears in the news of both Maadi and El Basateen. We cover all of them, and the visit is the same day.
Give the full street name when you call. There is a Street 9 in front of Maadi metro station and another Street 9 in Hadayek El Maadi, and addresses in New Maadi and Zahraa El Maadi are written by sector and building or plot number. The Seventh Sector appears in both, so say which one.
Getting to you

How the treatment works

Cockroaches get targeted spraying at the nest the inspection finds. Bed bugs get spraying and fumigation in the same visit, after the mattress seams and bed joints are opened up. Ants are followed back to the entry point, and the nests are sprayed and sealed. Rodents are the one case for bait: closed stations along the runs, every gap wider than six millimetres sealed, and a check a week later. Ticks are treated where the animal sleeps and moves, while the animal itself goes to the vet.
Every visit begins with an inspection before anything is applied. The technician tells you which pest it is, where the focus points are and what the programme will be, and none of it starts until you have heard it. You do not need to leave the property while the work is done, because the treatment is targeted at the places the pest lives rather than sprayed across open rooms, though you will want to ventilate the treated rooms for thirty to forty-five minutes afterwards.
The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
What it does not cover is a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit through a shared wall or a service riser. We treat your property, not the building, and where that is a real risk in Maadi we will say so before starting rather than after it happens.
