Which Mountain View do you mean?
Mountain View is a developer, not a district. Its own website lists its projects under four locations: New Cairo, October, the North Coast and Sokhna. Under New Cairo it lists, among others, Mountain View 1 and 2, Mountain View Hyde Park, Mountain View iCity New Cairo and Executive Residence Katameya; under October, Mountain View iCity October, October Park, Chillout Park and Mountain View 4.
Some of the names are easy to mix up. iCity exists twice, once in New Cairo and once, in the developer's words, 'in the heart of 6th of October City'. Mountain View Hyde Park is a Mountain View compound, while Hyde Park New Cairo belongs to a different developer, Hyde Park Developments. The developer's 'New Cairo' heading is its own grouping: it also covers Aliva, which the project page places in Mostakbal City.
Getting to you
We cannot give one arrival time for Mountain View, because its compounds are in different cities. Tell us which compound it is and the time is given on the call. The developer describes its compounds as gated communities, so give the full compound name with the villa or building number, and let the gate know a technician is expected.

How the treatment works
Each pest has its own method. For cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas and mosquitoes it is a single visit with a follow-up fifteen days later: a preventive spray at no extra charge. Cockroaches get targeted spraying at the nest the inspection finds. Bed bugs get spraying and fumigation in the same visit, after the mattress seams and bed joints are opened up. Ants are followed back to the entry point, and the nests are sprayed and sealed. Rodents are the one case for bait: closed stations along the runs, every gap wider than six millimetres sealed, and a check a week later. Ticks are treated where the animal sleeps and moves, while the animal itself goes to the vet.
Every visit begins with an inspection before anything is applied. The technician tells you which pest it is, where the focus points are and what the programme will be, and none of it starts until you have heard it. You do not need to leave the property while the work is done, because the treatment is targeted at the places the pest lives rather than sprayed across open rooms, though you will want to ventilate the treated rooms for thirty to forty-five minutes afterwards.
The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
What it does not cover is a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit through a shared wall or a service riser. We treat your property, not the building, and where that is a real risk in Mountain View we will say so before starting rather than after it happens.
