Which stretch of the coast?
The North Coast is not a single place. Matrouh governorate says its coast runs from kilometre 61 west of Alexandria to Salloum on the Libyan border, and it lists El Alamein and El Hammam among its cities, describing El Hammam's shore as full of tourist villages. Alexandria and Matrouh are both on our governorate list, and the visit is the same day in both.
The name Alamein alone covers three different places. El Alamein is a city of Matrouh governorate, New Alamein is a separate new city on the Mediterranean with its own authority, and resort villages such as Marina are run by the separate Tourist Villages authority. Tell us which one you mean, then the village or compound name, the kilometre marker if you know it, and the unit number.
Getting to you
The coast is outside our area table, so there is no minute figure: the hour is set on the call according to where the nearest technician is at that moment. Tell us whether someone will be at the unit to open it.
The visit is same-day, and the time is given on the call, before anyone sets off. If a particular hour matters to you, say so when you book.
How the treatment works
Each pest has its own method. For cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas and mosquitoes it is a single visit with a follow-up fifteen days later: a preventive spray at no extra charge. Cockroaches get targeted spraying at the nest the inspection finds. Bed bugs get spraying and fumigation in the same visit, after the mattress seams and bed joints are opened up. Ants are followed back to the entry point, and the nests are sprayed and sealed. Rodents are the one case for bait: closed stations along the runs, every gap wider than six millimetres sealed, and a check a week later. Ticks are treated where the animal sleeps and moves, while the animal itself goes to the vet.
Every visit begins with an inspection before anything is applied. The technician tells you which pest it is, where the focus points are and what the programme will be, and none of it starts until you have heard it. You do not need to leave the property while the work is done, because the treatment is targeted at the places the pest lives rather than sprayed across open rooms, though you will want to ventilate the treated rooms for thirty to forty-five minutes afterwards.
The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
What it does not cover is a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit through a shared wall or a service riser. We treat your property, not the building, and where that is a real risk in the North Coast we will say so before starting rather than after it happens.
