Bed Bug Control in Fifth Settlement

We work across the Fifth Settlement with an arrival window of 10 to 20 minutes. That is not measured from the office. Technicians are spread across the areas through the day and we send the closest one.
How bed bugs get into a home
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, bed bugs spread by getting into the seams and folds of luggage, overnight bags, folded clothes, bedding and furniture. So if you have travelled, had guests to stay or brought in second-hand furniture recently, say so when you call. The same source says bed bugs are not known to spread disease to people, though the bites cause itching and lost sleep.
Homes in the Fifth Settlement are not one type. Emaar lists apartments, twin houses and standalone villas in Mivida, which it places directly on Road 90, and the government property platform lists villas, townhouses and apartments in Katameya Heights. The type matters for the guarantee: it does not cover a fresh infestation coming from a neighbouring unit, so in a flat, a townhouse or a twin house we say that before starting.
Getting to you
Ten to twenty minutes is the estimate in our area table for the Fifth Settlement, counted from the nearest available technician rather than from our office on Ninety Street. When you book, say whether it is a flat, a twin house or a villa, the compound or district name, and which rooms the bites happen in.
The visit is same-day. The window is an estimate rather than a promise: if the closest technician is already on a visit we call you with the new time before anyone sets off. If a particular hour matters to you, say so when you book.
How the treatment works
Bed bug work is spraying and fumigation in a single visit, with a follow-up and a preventive spray fifteen days later at no extra charge. The technician turns the mattress, removes the bed back board, and works the seams, the piping and the frame joints. Items that cannot be treated any other way go through heat treatment.
Every visit begins with an inspection before anything is applied. The technician tells you which pest it is, where the focus points are and what the programme will be, and none of it starts until you have heard it. You do not need to leave the property while the work is done, because the treatment is targeted at the places the pest lives rather than sprayed across open rooms, though you will want to ventilate the treated rooms for thirty to forty-five minutes afterwards.
The guarantee, and what it does not cover
Every programme carries a 5-year written guarantee. The technician leaves a sheet with the pest, the visit date, the technician number and his signature on it, and that sheet is what a claim is checked against. It covers the same pest returning from the same source in the unit that was treated.
What it does not cover is a fresh infestation arriving from a neighbouring unit through a shared wall or a service riser. We treat your property, not the building, and where that is a real risk in the Fifth Settlement we will say so before starting rather than after it happens.
Booking a visit
Call or send a WhatsApp message with the area, the kind of property and what you have been seeing. The room and the time of day both matter. We send the nearest free technician the same day and give you the time on that call. The price is given on that call, after a few questions and always before anyone comes out. Floor area and how far the infestation has spread are what set it, so there is no fixed figure we can give sight unseen.
